App license

The App Store version uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Read the app’s educational-use conditions and privacy notice before use.

Study and personal records

The app provides educational practice and personal logs. Questions are not actual exam questions. The app is not medical advice, a medical device, an emergency service, or official school or facility documentation. No exam outcome, certification, CEU acceptance, or acceptance of logged hours is guaranteed. Verify requirements with your instructor, care plan, facility policies, and current official state and testing-provider sources. Do not enter patient information or falsify training records.

Independent app

CNA Buddy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Credentia, Headmaster, or state agencies. Names are used to identify resources. State and testing-provider support varies.

Subscription plans

The intended United States prices are $1.99 per month or $17.99 per year, with a two-week introductory free trial for eligible new subscribers. Apple displays the actual localized price, offer, billing period, and eligibility before purchase. Only one introductory offer is available per subscription group. Plans renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Apple handles payment and refund requests.

Subscription access includes learning tools and new journal entries. Existing records remain available to view and export after access ends. Records remain local; keep copies of important records.

Use appropriate supervision

Follow your training program, instructor, supervising nurse, care plan, and facility rules. The app does not establish competence or permission to perform a task. Stop using a result that appears incorrect and verify it with an appropriate source.
